Adopting the bubbling process, compared with general acid mist purification towers at home and abroad, it has the characteristics of high purification efficiency, compact structure, and small footprint. It is currently a new type of purification equipment for waste gas treatment in industries such as chemical, mechanical, electronic, metallurgical, and instrumentation.

Working principle

Sodium hydroxide solution is used as the absorption and neutralization solution. The exhaust gas is pressed into the purification tower by a fan, forming a pressure chamber in the inner cylinder, and then distributed to each bubble tube through the pressure chamber. The exhaust gas enters the absorption and neutralization liquid in the storage tank through the bubble tube to produce bubbles, and then passes through the packing layer to allow sufficient contact between the gas and liquid again. After passing through the demister device for demisting, it is discharged into the atmosphere.
